Every employee is rude! Always unwilling to help. They always go out to smoke and never even say hi. Customer service is bad. Sad that I can’t ever go buy something and have a good experience. Employees should really learn how to speak to customers. Most of the time they get agressive when I don’t want a product or ask about a certain product or even need an opinion. Might as well hire new employees because no matter who works it’s always bad customer service. This place deserves 0 stars.

I love them so much I come in all the time and they are always saying hey to me and customer service is great

The manager there is very rude. Constantly says that I'm stealing hair dye and she even followed my sister and I out to the car so my sister confronted her and she said it's such a coincidence that now she's missing clear hair dye.
