5/31/2017 Worse customer service EVER! I was just there, doors were not locked, but they kicked me out saying they were closed! If they are closed, they should lock the doors and don't let no one in! If a client/ customer is in, they should wait until that last customer leaves! Bad client service! Asked them to please let me just pick a hairspray, they kick me out! Called to speak to the manager and the person who picked up was very rude and hanged up on me! Is this the customer services the store teaches to their mess up employees?

The workers seemed to know their stuff about acrylics, and gel sets. They made product recommendations and all but did my nails for me. I only go in for sales check their monthly sales and know what you want before you go in this location had limited stock and shelf space.

Definitely worst Sally's Beauty Supply in the area. Better off going to Northlake or somewhere else nearby. The workers here are very rude and couldn't care less about the customers needs. Don't even try to return anything cause they'll be giving you an attitude over it. Bad attitudes and bad service! Next!
