Went by on a Friday at noon. A sign was on the door (which was locked) said, "Be back in 10 minutes. Sorry! Thank you". 20 minutes later and they still aren't open. There's also a Now Iring sign on the door. I can see why.....

First of all, I want to say that I am not the person to give a bad review, but this is my THIRD bad experience with the manager (I believe her name is Sheree, or close to that) at this Sally's Location. I will say the first lady that was helping me was very nice, extremely attentive, and even though they didn't have exactly that one item I was looking for, she showed me some other options that would be similar. I moved on to look for another product, a hair treatment that helps build your damaged hair from coloring. This is when I had to deal with their "so called manager" Sheree, I kind of knew before asking her for her help that most likely she was going to be brash, and of course when I asked her if they sold this particular product, her answer was, "NO." She didn't even try to show me anything that maybe similar to what I was needing. I had to ask her if they sold any products that could help, and she waived her hand across a three row section that had about twenty or so different products. Even after I told her what I was needing it for, she had NO suggestions!!! There was many products that were for different things, some were masques, some were leave in conditioners, others were packets of different conditioners that were used for all sorts of different reasons. To me it was like looking at puzzles pieces and not sure which one I should pick. This "Sheree" has been working there for years, I know because I go to that Sally's often, and also with her being the manager you would think that she would know the products and be more than willing to help me and answer my questions. Like I said before this is a bad review, but it reflects onto the manager, and every time I have had a bad experience in this store it has been a result of dealing with this person. Also, I find that it is very hard to take any advice from "Sheree" when it comes to color......look at her hair! I've always avoided her if I am there for any coloring products. I was in the store for 30 minutes, and walked out without any purchase, and I was also there to purchase a new hairdryer!! After, they way she has treated me, I decided to take my business elsewhere from now on, even if it is a further drive!!
WORK ON IT!! MANAGERS SET THE TONE FOR THE WHOLE ENVIRONMENT!!

I would love Sally's...if the employees knew what they were talking about. The past few times I went...they had no idea. To the point, they were asking me about stuff. I almost felt as though I should have applied. I'm very upset with this. What if someone ruins their hair because you didn't know what you were talking about. Oh wait that happen to me years ago! Either way. Indian trails Sally's isn't worth the time. Unless you know all about hair and don't need help. Employees = useless. Sorry not sorry.
