Sally Beauty

This location is horrible! They lie to you about their policies even when they're right there on your receipt. I bought red hair dye with the intentions of dying it bright red again. Well I interviewed for a job before I had the chance to dye it and I couldn't dye it that red for this job. I went in about 10 days after the return date. But the receipt clearly states that if it is after the return date I can exchange the product or get a merchandise card. All I wanted was to exchange the dye for a more natural red color in the same brand. The old lady with the glasses told me that it wasn't possible to do anything after the date was passed. I called down the street to the Sally's in the Franklin Square and explained my dilemma. The lady on the phone told me to come down and she exchanged it for me with no problems. She then called down to this location and talked to the old lady that refused my exchange and questioned her as to why I was denied an exchange. This old broad had the audacity to lie and tell the lady at the Franklin Square that I wanted to return an open bottle of developer too. I will NEVER return to this location and I plan to call corporate over this issue because what this lady did was unacceptable and completely against their policy!

If i could ever negative stars i would literally the worst customer service experience ive ever had, sales associates barely greet anyone walking in, when ive asked questions the sales associate response come off as very rude. No customer should feel unwelcomed like i have every time i walk in here. The other Sally's on east Franklin is much better i will go out of my way to go to any other sallys than this one
