This particular Sally location is fantastic. Both times I've come I've spoken with a different manager and both times they have given me wonderful, detailed advice on which bleach to use, how much, what dye is best, just fantastic help. Feel like I'm getting a consultation every time. Thanks!

While the employees are polite, I just have one question... I have been in this location 3 times over the last 3 days. Why 2 of the days, has there been a dog in the store - sniffing and licking stuff in the store with the manager standing right there talking to the people?

I came in about 10 minutes before closing and the ladies were very welcoming and answered all of my questions kindly. I know they were tired and probably ready to go home but they were absolutely amazing!
