The older black lady with the short hair and glasses is extremely RUDE! She is not friendly or helpful. Two days ago I went in to exchange a flatiron. I called ahead. When I got there I sat the flatiron on the counter and went to get the replacement. She stopped me and said if I didn't have my receipt I couldn't exchange. (Clearly states on the receipt you CAN exchange in 60 days without) thank God I had my reciept. After getting the replacement I stopped at the counter to get a sallys nailpolish. I was not ready to check out, she rushes me over saying she is in the middle of my transaction. Which I did not ask her to start. And she made another customer wait. Another sales associate had to get the other customers while she stood there staring at me. Finally I checkout and After I left I looked at my reciept and noticed she charged me for 2 sets of lashes totaling $10. Now I have to call and see if I can get my money back from being over charged. I WILL NOT be shopping in there when she is at work. I will also be calling corporate.

I moved to the area last year and decided that this particular Sally's Beauty Supply is good . Where I lived before, the Sally's in my other location did not act like they cared at all to help clients, and here, I feel warmly welcomed and I usually get the help I need.

The sales clerk was helpful but i didn't think their selection was as good as it used to be.

I really like this location even though it is a bit smaller than most. It's located in a busy shopping center but it's at the end so parking is usually never a hassle. Sally carries some great hair color and hair care lines that are great for professionals and retail consumers alike. It seems like they have expanded their ethnic hair care section, as well as the extensions so that's a welcome change. Get your beauty club card membership for $5, it easily pays for itself for all the money you will save if you shop at Sally regularly. It's free for all professionals, anyone with a cosmetology, nail tech, esthetician, or massage therapy license.
