Beware if you are a minority, you will be ignored. I walked in no one acknowledged me or asked me if needed help and I was in plain sight and all the workers were stocking items. But two women who came in after me were not minorities and the workers just stopped what they were doing to help them but did not help me! It’s 2017. We have to do better!

I visited this location (3322) on 7/28/16 and my experience was WONDERFUL. Tanya, Diane and Devon were they very definition of EXCELLENT customer service. They were so informative and knowledgeable of all the products. (And all 3 of their hair styles were beautiful, edgy, yet professional) which tells me that they care about setting an example of Sally's WONDERFUL products! They signed me up for a Sally's card for $5 and I ended up getting $10 worth of coupons just from that one purchase! I was having a bad hair day and felt self conscious about it, but they were so caring and compassionate. I felt 10 times better after leaving that store, I wish I could rate them 10 stars!
