I went in to the store to do a simple return and the woman started doing my return and asked if I had the debit card I purchased it with. I said yes, she said the money would go back on my card. She got a little stuck on something so she stepped over to the other register to check out customers waiting in line behind me!! While checking out the next lady she stepped back over to the register where she was doing my return and pressed the incorrect button to do cash back. Then she had to go get the manager so she could come help. Both ladies were extremely rude and she should not have checked out other customers before finishing with me. Very poor customer service. Originally I was told I would get $9 back but then only got 7.

The customer service is not up to part. Seems to catered to a certain type of people... I will spend my money else where....

Employees were very rude to me and apparently can’t just take “no” for an answer! I’ve gone there multiple times to get hair dye and this is the first time I’ve had a problem but it was unnecessary and unprofessional.
