Sally's having issues with their system. They are working on it. The cashier showed me as expired with their beauty card. I knew that wasn't true. Per Sally's customer rep, the cashier was supposed to verify the expiration date but the cashier could care less. I also went to the galleria location. Same thing, cashier could care less. I had to call the 800 number for help. Tammy was great! If they say you are expired get them to verify it.

I've always found this particular location to be my fav., they seem to go above and beyond, to make make sure you're getting all the good deals, ready to help with everything, my hands crack and bleed even on the palms, I was shown a product, that I really wouldn't think to get, used twice and I can already see and feel the difference! They really care about their customers!

I was having a real bad hair day when I came in to visit. My stylist that I've been going to for 4 years moved across state & decided to trust a new stylist with my hair ... Worst decision of my life! My "Color & blowout" was disastrous! I came in and the staff went out of their way to help me correct my hair color. They guided me through the steps, choosing which products to buy to fix my damaged hair and told me to come back whenever I had more questions! Thank god for these ladies. They definitely are the best!
