Love this store but slightly upset I ran there at 7:30 as I see they close at 8 and they were closed at 7:30 love the store but they should update there hours

Sunday 10/8/2017 I am sure I walked into the store with a look of confusion as I wanted to do something drastica and dramatic to my hair. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant and informative young woman. She proceeded to help me with very helpful information as to my new look and how to take care of it. I have always been a Sally member, but I had not used my card in a while and it need to be updated, which was effortless and because of so they will send coupons directly to my email I was informed I can get then off my smartphone, but I informed the woman, "the smartphone was smarter than" I since I use it only for what calling, texting and Pictures, Of course and that is it. I walked out of the store feeling confident that I could be successful in my pursuit for a very new look. I will post a picture to my FB when my hair is completed and comes out the way, if not it will be posted without all the errors! I Hope it does.comes out and I will be very happy to return here for guidance; especially from this particular the very efficient young woman!

I was looking to go back to my natural mousy brown/blonde hair so I came in to get some hair dye. I showed the employees a photo of my mother's hair, because our hair is (or was) similar in color. I was a little confused that they gave me a 5NN-5.00 'light intense brown' dye. I didn't question them though, because they told me to leave it in for twenty five minutes—and I wouldn't have to bleach my hair! I was so excited that I put it in right away, only leaving it in for twenty minutes and finding my hair nearly black. I wanted to go back to a look that made me feel beautiful because I've been feeling horrible lately, this only made me feel worse. Seven times worse, in fact I've been crying for a half hour about how devastated I am. Quite frankly if I could give zero stars, I would. If you go here to get hair dye then just stick with your gut, don't go asking a professional. :(
