A very well-maintained campground. We made reservations in February for a May stay, as I had heard the site fills up quickly. We had no problem reserving 3 sites for our group.
Check in was easy and quick. The facilities were superb: clean, odor-free toilets, well-maintained camp sites, a nice pavilion.
A couple things to note: the 12x12 tent pads are gravel. This helps with drainage but tent stakes don't stay in well in high winds. There is only enough space for 1 car at most sites, so you may end up parking a spare car at the overflow, 3 miles away. And, while there is running water near the campsites, the only hot running water is at the main pavilion, which is not near the sites.

OK, it's a great campsite for typical crowd coming from New York. The camp site has one million rules. There is no fire place by the tent sites. You must go out to the front area to use shared fire place. However fire is not allowed until 8pm, so you will have to wait a bit.
They have tent pads which is definitely flat but they're as small as a studio in East village Manhattan. I dare you putting two tents there.
They don't issue any refunds, so the camp site is always "full" but not every site is actually used.

I wouldn't have minded the price if the quality was better. $3 for a 4 min shower when the standard is $0.25 a minute everywhere else. No campfires or grilling allowed. Minerature campsites within perfect view of each other (no privacy). WORST of all, the website fails to mention that the sites are directly off the highway. Despite walking very far to our campsite, I was unable to sleep due to highway noise. BE ADVISED: Hammock Campers MUST check for poison oak especially near campsites 46 -> 50. I gave it two stars because the facilities are relatively clean.
Edit: I have updated this review and increased it from 2 to 3 stars. They did offer a refund the next morning and were very polite about the situation. It was explained to me that there are many other campsites further back that might get less noise. I'll add some more positives. The amenities were very clean and they had a cute vegetable garden growing near the check-in. The town nearby is adorable & alive. I did let them know about the poison oak so hopefully that will be removed soon. All in all, choose your campsite carefully and you'll have a better time than me.

Incredibly expensive for no reason. You still need to pay for showers. We are camping in a van and spent $38 to sleep on an unlevel asking spot next to the highway. Definitely never coming back.
