So-Hi Campgrounds

Very rustic but with all the conveniences! Love the rock fences, chipmunks, and huge trees and ferns. Just what a campground should be.

Great place to camp. Their property is scenic, with a couple of ponds, nice lighting and spacious camp sites. They have hot showers, public sink for washing cookware and dishes, and host social activities. They will also sell fire wood on site and its 20-30 minutes away from beautiful hiking and swimming at Lake Minnewaska. We'll come back for sure.

My friends and I camped here some time in July 2015. If I remember correctly, the couple that was managing the campgrounds at the time traveled around a lot and may have only planned to be there through Labor Day, but they were fantastic. It was our first time camping on our own and they helped us build our campfire four times during our stay, and it was always with a huge smile on their faces. They had activities prepared every night to bring the "neighbors" together, and were more than happy to answer any questions about what to do locally. The showers were super clean, the sites were well maintained, and there was a lot of activities to do right on the campgrounds. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had.

Terrible experience. No pool.the same.price. for 2 years. The manager has no manners.
