Experience was not very good. I was trying to get a senior lifetime pass but the computer was down and I said I would wait. Then discovered that they didn't have the passes and wouldn't have them until the afternoon. Since I had a flight from LAX I could not wait. Very disappointing. I can see that since they're upping the rate in September that they should have expected an influx of seniors buying the passes and been prepared
