Seriously, just ask for Wayne. Most friendly, helpful, not-at-all condescending person to work with. I feel confident about calling with questions without being spoken down to, and that's a big deal when it comes to customer service on appliances.

My Name is Eric Dirks. I am the owner of the Hoodriver sears Hometown store. We have owned the store for a little over a year now. We have had a double digit increase in sales despite a brutal winter last year. And are starting the new fiscal year with a healthy sales increase as well. Our appliance section is just about as big as our big box store competitors. And are competively priced as well. We have an assortment of tools, not huge but a good amount. We have a very nice selection of lawn and garden. We are striving to give good service for "the Hood". And truly want the best for the customers that continue to support us, and new potential customers who are considering us now. And with that I say thank you. And please come and see us and visit a brand that has been happily serving the community for over 40+years.

Small Sears store, never has what I need. They can "order it", but dang, I can do that without visiting. Guess that is what I will do from now on... Ironically, Ace Hardware down the street had the tool. Craftsman 34482, welcome to go see for yourself!
