Joe really knew his stuff. He was very friendly and very helpful. He wasn't too pushy he answered the questions I had and then stepped away to give me time to think about my options. But was just right around the corner when I had another question. He was very knowledgeable I was extremely satisfied with the service he provided. I will definitely shop there again

If you want great products at a good price and you are treated like a ‘friend’ Joseph is very kind and helpful. I shop not only for good products but good customer service is very important to me! Cause there are many stores The people who work at the stores are a BIG reason if I return!

Went to Fairview Heights location to look at a Craftsman riding lawnmower. Richard answered all of my questions and was very helpful. He also helped me load it on my truck.
