Bought my last car here in the used car lot. Murray took great care of me through the whole process. It was very laid back compared to other dealers. Murray wasn't just trying to sell me a car, he was more interested in finding the perfect car for me that ill be happy with for a long time. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Southgate Ford has been our dealer for about 10 years now. Always very good service and friendly workers ready to help. Our original salesperson retired and our new salesperson, Rob Shoults, went above and beyond in my opinion, to get us the best deal possible

My salesman was professional, my new vehicle was ready when I arrived, he explained how everything worked. Most importantly the paperwork was ready, we only had to read and sign. Grant you as a customer we did our homework, notified the insurance company had my papers faxed over . Only took a total of 30 minutes. I recommend Southgate Ford*****

I had good service while I waited for a key to be made an an oil change. The waiting room had a TV, I don't recall if they offered Wifi. They do have vending machines, but they are cash only. They do not accept credit card.
