3 stars only because I used to get good service here but recently it has gone down the tubes.
I spent $3000 on service at this dealership in May 2018 and when my car needed service again (one week later) I couldn't get anyone to call me back to make an appointment. I went to Firestone of Northville and was treated quickly and fairly at a much lower price. I will not be returning to Cadillac of Novi.

Excellent service from Eric Brown and his crew. From the time we dropped the car of to the day of our pick up Eric was very helpful. He made sure to fully understand the issues we had and updated us throughout the diagnostic process. Thankfully the issues were easily resolved and our car feels better than ever. We would recommend Cadillac of Novi sevice department.

Not only the worst dealership experience ever but worse than I could possibly ever imagine. After reading this if you are fool enough to actually visit this store I advise the following: 1) Do your homework. Neither the salespeople, sales manager, nor general manger actually knows the product line or how to order what you want. Worse yet, maybe I'm wrong and they really do know the product line and are just upgrading you to a much more expensive vehicle. 2) If your are owed money for your trade-in be sure they have the check ready before you sign anything. I had to make 4 phone calls the following day before the check was delivered nearly 23 hours after it was due! 3) Somehow, possibly because they are the current sales leader, they have a rep for having the best prices: They actually don't. I wish I could give negative stars.
Update- 4/27/2018 - It's hard to believe anyone could give a 5 star rating. Each time I took my car for service something has gone wrong. Once, I was supposed to get a loaner that was not available when I came. It forced me to be late for jury duty and I had to write a personal apology to the judge. Most recently I had a tire rotation and oil change. I gave the key to the locking lug nuts to the department -- turns out it wasn't returned. Found out the hard way when I had a flat tire and was unable to take off the tire.
Mr. Wooster, the Service Manager, met with me (after 5 phone calls) and was helpful, professional and is fixing the problem. This was the first time in two years of dealing with this store that ANYONE was truly competent. Perhaps things have changed. I took the bold step of scheduling another service visit for next week: Let's hope for the best. I still hold my breath every time I'm near this dealership: You just never know what's going to happen.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - My car broke down and I trusted Cadillac Novi with basic service - shortly after turning in my car I received an aggressive phone call from Larry Burton (service director) and Tim Wooster (service manager) accusing me of damaging my engine due to outside service - I politely replied that the only shop to service my vehicle was Cadillac Novi - I was than called a liar and Tim / Larry personally threatened to keep my car (which is fully paid for mind you). The next business day I came in and was told by reception that a mistake was made and my engine is fine - Larry Burton / Tim Wooster switched around my paper work and mistook my vehicle for another customers. After all the mix ups and after all of the personal insults thrown by Larry and Tim I have yet to receive an apology - PLEASE PLEASE HEED MY WARNING AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.

Do not give these guys your business. I had to bring my car back to their service team 4 times within 10 days. These “professionals” barely fixed my sunroof, and then gave my car back with a hanging drivers side Pillar Cover & two busted clips. Also my drivers side seat belt wasn’t functional, and there were footprints all over the insides of my doors upon receiving my car back. I guess they didn't expect me to notice or something... Definitely not the experience that I’d expect from a name brand Cadillac Dealer. Zero attention to detail whatsoever.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, they completely failed to look into my reoccurring check engine light issue as I asked them to. They simply cleared/reset the code and told me there was nothing else they could do to look into it at that time..... Not even 15 minutes after getting my car back, my check engine light was back on upon pulling into my driveway.
This happened for the next 4 visits back and forth to the dealership over a week and a half span. They would tell me to come pick my car up, then I’d be bringing it right back to them the following day due to the same check engine code. 4 times!!!
This was my FIRST and ONLY experience with a Cadillac Dealership and I don’t think I will ever return to this location. I was never apologized to, or even compensated in any way for the countless trips back and forth because of their lack of attention to detail. I also took my car to them with a full tank of gas, and received my car back nearly on empty. After the experience I had, I sent an email to my service agent- and never received any response whatsoever. Worst customer service experience ever.
