My son and I bought a nice ford truck from Todd Kelley at Szotts Ford. The service was awesome. The facility was very nice and clean. They even had message chairs. Todd Kelley is the man to see when you go there. He goes the extra mile. He keeps you informed all the way even after the sale. I will definitely return for another vehicle. Thanks Todd.

Salesmen were Amazing and Not Pushy, Made me feel comfortable about my decision to wait to get a better vehichle. They actually cared about me as a customer not as much money as they could get out of my pocket. When I do decide to upgrade that will definitely be the place that gets my business.

Griffin was a young professional sales person that was truly interested in what I wanted and not what he wanted me to buy. You don’t find that too much at dealerships anymore. I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend the dealership and my sales person to others

If I could rate this company below 1 star, I would. My girlfriend recently leased a car from them about 4 months later it broke down and decided it didn't want to start. So we took it back to the dealership to hopefully get a warranty on whatever was broken. Well, we hoped poorly. They charged us $450 after telling us three different stories about what was wrong with the car or what they "thought" happened to the car, out of the three only one of the outcomes was possible. We paid $450 to "fix" our LEASED car and two weeks later it did the exact same thing and it wouldn't start. So, as displeased as we were the first time, we negligently took it back to get it fixed hoping we'd receive a discount or at least get it free since we already paid for it to be fixed the first time and it was not. They told us it would be another $450 to fix it a SECOND time for the SAME issue. I told the manager I am not going to pay another $450 for what should've been fixed the first time around. After discussing with our family and deciding what we should do, my father decided to call and ask what was going on, what the issue with the car was, and why it was not fixed the first time around. The manager Tony, got very pissed off and hung up on him, telling him he would only speak to my girlfriend, who gave him permission in the first place to speak on her behalf. He then called both of us and told us to come get the car. He said he was through working with us and didn't want to fix our car that we LEASED from them. We did so. When we arrived he told us that he's being nice by not charging us for the inspection and that the last $450 we paid was not to fix the car or do anything to it but to put it back together for looking at it in the first place. We left and we will never go back and are trying to find a way to break our contract. This is absurd and absolutely ridiculous. I have never received such bad service, an indecent manager or such a horrible cover up story to try and get a money grab after they leased us a broken car. If you have any other options over Szott Ford, I highly recommend you take it or you'll just be wasting your money(that you shouldn't have to waste because you're LEASING a car) on a car that is either broken or just be drained for money.
