I like to share my experience with service at Fox Chevrolet in Rochester. Service Center representative Dana and team handled, scheduling, explanation on mechanical issues flawlessly. I needed get my vehicle in quick for service and they made it happen. Their patience to Provide feedback to why certain repairs were needed was important to me toward making decisions. I appreciate her pleasant personilty and smile. She has the right people skills. Overall, my experience was worth the visit by service of Fox team. Thank You

Just leased a new vehicle and received wonderful service. Tom Peters was great to work with. He really listened to what I was needing and kept to my budget. The business manager was also very helpful. They really exhaust all options to get you the best deal and what you want. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend to go to Bill Fox Chevy!

Bill Fox Chevy gave recommendations for service that were not all warranted, and the price was exactly 20% over what two other dealers quoted (like they just added 20% to the price). I was ready to pay the inspection fee, in order to take the vehicle somewhere else, but they then matched the price. The key thing you want when having your vehicle serviced is trust. You don't have the knowledge, tools or time to do this work yourself -- so you want to trust the dealership. I do not trust that I was treated honestly with this transaction, and will take that into consideration in the future. At the very least -- I'd recommend everyone that takes their vehicle here make it a point to call around and check what the same service would cost at other dealers.

I contacted Nick Serra to find out his availability and if he could assist us with a car lease. My wife is more of a color/bells and whistles buyer and I am function/pt A to Pt B. He gave me his schedule and ran some preliminary numbers. We had a change to our plans and we were able to meet Nick on a Saturday at 2pm. They close at 3pm. Not only was he able to beat the prelim number but they provided us with an additional warranty. Although this took us above our original price point this would lessen the risk of owing money at the lease end. Great plan for us! Thanks Bill Fox Chevrolet, Nick, and Dawn.

Quick service. Met quickly upon arrival. Service was completed in time estimated up front. Even washed my vehicle before I got it back. Was very pleased with my visit. Will be back.
