I just drove home from BMW Rochester Hills and am so thrilled about the whole experience.  Frank Sands was amazing to work with.  There was simply no pressure at all.  I was simply amazed at how fast the the process was to finalize the purchase and again with no pressure and no aggressive selling to add on a bunch of stuff I didn't really want.   Simply the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle....I highly recommend.

Just had an excellent experience at BMW of Rochester Hills. Tonya Murray did a great job of taking me through my choices. The entire process of leasing went very smoothly, without surprises or complications. I  was amazed how quickly the entire transaction was done. Very professional and low pressure. I feel very well taken care of. Thank you!

Service Department has been great! My advisor Steve Kwiecinski is very professional, patient, and courteous. I have been dealing with BMW of Rochester Hills since 2014, and overall have had a very good experience.

Steve listens to your concerns, sends a report to the service techs, and then provides you an update on the diagnosis, the repair or replacement. If your complaint can be duplicated, then consider the job done. If not, Steve will continue to work with you to satisfy your concerns. I have confidence in Steve, and so should you.

Just want to give SCOTT 5 BIG STARS for helping me out today. I was there to do a repair on a customers car. My Ford Focus decided to lock all the doors. I called my company Element Road Assistance ..Waited over an hour. Scott came to my rescue. Thank you Scott..you were my knight in shining armour. BMW of Rochester Hills on Dequindre, you have one wonderful employee that cares. Thanks Scott
