Three hour wait for their touted "Express Service." Wanted oil change and wiper replacement only.  Received no apology, just a pathetic explanation that Express doesn't work well when lots of cars come in...and suggestion that next time I schedule online (although the point of Express is to not schedule online). Long time customer - I won't be back.

Took my 2014 Outback in for failing backup camera. Disappoint that they just replaced it without attempting to figure out what the problem was. On the positive side, they did provide me a loaner.
