i did not buy a car but i was driving by and saw a BMW you guys had for sale so i parked. i got out and was greeted by mike, he explained the car to me and did a excellent job. he told me he wants to sell cars but at the moment he said he was just a porter and couldn't sell the car but he happily brought a salesman over to help. Overall the experience was great and such friendly people,will definitely recommend you guys!

Nice place! Car buying experience very painless. Cars are priced well so no haggling required. Nick explained all the paperwork and warranty options very well. Would buy from them again.

Go and definitely see Eric if you want a used car. Everything went nice and smooth!! They have a great selection of cars and trucks. The best thing that impressed me that i was treated as a customer and not by the way i looked, dressed etc. as i have been in some other dealerships where nobody took the time to ask if i needed any help...

Purchased a used vehicle on the last business day of the year, 12/30/17. While the sale itself was fine, it was 18 days later when my issue began. On 1/17/18 my check engine light came on. Emailed my sales person and got no response. 3 days later I emailed him again expressing my displeasure that I was not contacted back. The first two lines of his email are as follows: 'I SENT YOUR LAST EMAIL T0 , MY PRE OWNED MANAGER, JAMES, I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU. YOU CALL HIM DIRECTLY AT 248'... That was on Saturday 1/20/18... today is Wednesday 1/24/18 and I have not gotten another message or call... Once this dealership has your money, they are done with you. If they do respond, it is in an all caps email that passes the buck to someone else who will not respond. Buyers Beware!!! The used vehicle that I purchased, which supposedly underwent a thorough inspection and received a clean bill of heath, lasted a whole 17 days before costing me $777.00 to replace a catalytic converter! And since Suburban Volvo received our money, they do not care!
