Bought my car from the used lot. Mike Diener was good to work with. I appreciate dealing with someone who's not pressuring you into anything, but trying to help you make a good decision. Have since brought my car in for two oil repairs. Was in and out in less that 15 minutes today. Excellent, professional service.

Great experience buying 2 vehicles over the last couple of years. Less so for vehicle repairs after I bought them. The work done was satisfactory enough but the wait time and communication was absolutely horrible (over 2 weeks from the date that I brought it in for. I was told by Shawn on at least 3 occasions that my truck would be looked at the following day. I didn't hear anything the following day and would call the day after that and hear from him that something came up but he assured me that it would be looked at the following day. This happened 3 times). I don't think I'll be going back for repairs or the purchase of a vehicle which is a shame because I've always had a good experience with the sales staff.

I came to have some repairs done and they were very helpful and nice... Until I came to pick my vehicle up and further damage was done and they refused to help, yelled at me and told me to leave because they weren't going to do anything! Also I could pay for the damage at a very high cost.

Bought a demo and got a great price. Friendly, down to earth dealership. No pressure salesmen. Only issue is I scheduled the car pick up and paperwork for the following day that I looked at the car and waited for about an hour after my scheduled time to finalize paperwork and the car still needed an oil change. I had to come in the next day for the oil change because it was after the service center employees left for the day. A little inconvenient, but still good folks to deal with and probably come back in a few years when the wife needs a new car.
