Patsy Lou Automotive Group

Today the Patsy Lou Chevy service department really came through for me. In my despair, Joel an assistant service manger, took the time to comfort me in a caring nature & have a tech look into the problem due to a huge antifreeze leak I was having. They quickly diagnosed the problem & were able to fix it in a very timely manner while I waited in their customer service lounge. Very nice by the way; offering coffee, donuts & water. Joel & Todd (another service manager) thoroughly explain the issue I was having & were very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I have been dealing with many disasters on a personal level lately, this car being just one of many. While I was there I met another person, Susan (customer service) who changed my whole outlook on my future for the better. Her kindness to me was immense, beyond anything I have ever experienced ... I just don't know how to Thank You All enough!! But Thank You, I truly appreciate you!!! I highly recommend you & commend your company on the professionalism & care you offered me today.

A LARGE MEGA DEALERSHIP. CHEVY HAS GONE THE WAY OF PUSHING MEGA STORES . THEY HAVE FREE FOOD , SO SO SERVICE NOT SPECTACULAR NOT BAD. MY DAD WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW 4 WHEEL PLOW TRUCK. FELT BLOWN OFF. TOLD THE HAD BEST PRICES NOTHING BETTER AVAILABLE, DON'T WANT TO DEALER TRADE.. ENDED UP PICKING IT UP IN LANSING 4000 CHEAPER.

My business was with their parts store. I was able to order my parts over the phone and was contacted as soon as they arrived. The cost was fair considering their the only ones that sold the fuel bar clips I was looking for. Everyone inside was super helpful getting me to where I needed to go.

Just had my vehicle serviced at Patsy Lou.......they did it again!! Provided great sevice!! It seems as soon as I got settled in the waiting area, my car was done. Howard Shelton is awesome, the whole team will get you in and out quick. My car rides like a dream again!!! Would definitely recommend Patsy Lou service department.

Bought my new car here! While buying a car seems like it takes a lifetime, workers were friendly and we found the perfect model that fit my lifestyle. So far, so great! I love my car!
