Al Serra Auto Plaza

I was in need of a vehicle an contacted Mr. Brandon Peabody. I was on a budget and figured that my options would be extremely limited. Not only did he find a vehicle within my budget, but it was actually a few thousand dollars below what I wanted to pay. Also, it was in excellent condition, my number one choice in color, with more bells and whistles that I could ever imagine. What he didn't know, what that a Buick Enclave was my dream vehicle, I just assumed that I couldn't afford it. He inspected the truck with a fine tooth comb, to ensure my safety. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, my family and I took a cross country trip and did not experience any issues at all with its performance. I could not have found a better sales rep to help me. I am extremely pleased and confident that he will do his best for everyone that comes to him! I would never entertain the thought of going to anyone else other than Mr. Peabody for my next vehicle!

Love Al Serra Auto Plaza! Our family has been buying vehicles from Al Serra for over 20 years. We are treated very well and they understand our needs when looking for a car. Jim Dallas, our Sales agent is outstanding!! He goes above and beyond to assist us in choosing a vehicle. WE will not go anywhere else to purchase our vehicles, Al Serra Auto Plaza is the only dealer for us!!!

Adam Griffin and the rest of the staff at Al Serra were great to work with! It was the first time I’ve been to a car dealership and didn’t feel any pressure. They were honest and informative. We definitely will be making any future vehicle purchases at Al Serra!

My car buying experience went well. Tom Muldoon was my Salesman and he was great! Tom was not pushy and he showed me several cars before I decided on buying the right car for me. I actually told Tom that the only thing I didn’t like about the car was the tires. Before picking up the car Tom talked with the Sales Manager and was able to get the tires replaced. He definitely earned my future business!

Chris Salter did an awesome job assisting me with the purchase of my Buick! He was laid back but quick to answer my questions and ease my mind of any concerns. He made sure the car was also looking it’s best before I picked it up! Can’t thank him enough for his efficient service!
