WOW!!! I am blown away by the customer service at the Brighton Ford Dealership. My salesperson, Mike D. Is amazing. He actually listened to what I was looking for in a new car and went way out of his way to make me feel comfortable in making my decision. I felt he was sincere and genuine throughout the whole process and was putting my needs 1st. Best of all, after Mike patiently answered all my questions, I informed Mike D that I stopped in on a whim, and before I made up my mind on the Ford Escape; I wanted my husband to test drive it also. Turns out that my husband was just as comfortable and satisfied with Mike’s salesmanship as I was. Mike worked with us to get the best deal for the car we wanted. Needless to say, we bought the car and I love it. By the way, ask for Mike D.,you’ll be glad you did.

Wonderful service!
I was rear ended last year and insurance sent me over to them and I couldn't have been any happier. They fixed my vehicle quickly and their work was professional.
6 months later, a deer ran in front of my car and smashed the front end. Easy decision, this time I chose myself to return to the Brighton Ford repair shop. Same story as my first time, excellent service!
Ask for Jerry!!! He took care of me and I'm sure he'll take care of you!!!

Brighton Ford has been a great experience every time I visit. I purchased my Ford Fusion at Brighton Ford and have had it serviced and repaired there. They have an awesome team of employees who really care about customer service! Matt Renko was great to work with during the Sales process and got me into the new car I was looking for. Jerry and Brian helped me in the Body Shop when I needed some repairs done and got my vehicle back to me looking nice and new very quickly. And the Service team is always friendly and helpful when I bring my car in for “the works package” oil change. I would highly recommend Brighton Ford for all your purchase, service or repairs needs!

I took my car in for a non cooling problem and to my surprise, they had a different attitude this time! I think they are trying to step up there game on customer service, it’s a nice change! My car is nice and cool! Maybe I’ll give them more of a chance in future as well. This time the experience was refreshing Brighton ford! Thank you Lynn in service for taking care of my gt350! I’ll be back.....

The repair process was smooth from beginning to end. My car was rear-ended after owning it for less than two months, Brian W and the whole crew who worked on my vehicle made it look like new! They were extremely wonderful for finding a courtesy vehicle that was fitting for my family.
Thank you so much for making this such a positive experience.
Bought an F150 not too longer after the repairs to my previous vehicle after realizing how much I enjoyed my courtesy vehicle. Allie, Katie and the rest of the Brighton Ford team really made it a pleasurable experience. Thank you again!
