Germain Honda of Ann Arbor

I went to several dealerships before I found Germain Honda. I bought a used Subaru Forester. My sales women Kay. Actually took the time to drive the car around before showing it to me. She wanted to be able to answer any questions I had about the car. From my first phone call until I walked out the door everyone was friendly. They answered every question. The finance person Jerome worked with my budget so I got what I needed and wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The hour drive was worth the trip.

Never got my promised gift card after the test drive. Why did you even take my address if you did not intend on sending it? Called them a couple times, no one knows! Will be in the market for a new car fairly soon, will avoid this dealership. EDIT: Did get the gift card 2 days after the review, they might have seen the review.. hence adding 2 stars

Great experience with a recent new car purchase. Jay Riggins was great to work with - a laid back, no pressure salesman who was very knowledgeable on all the relevant features and options. Also Jerome in the finance office was very funny and thorough. Great person to work with to finish the deal. No complaints about my recent new car purchase at Germain Honda.

I don’t trust the Honda dealership in Monroe for a plethora of reasons, so I figured I would bring it to the Ann Arbor dealership. My heat shield was rattling underneath my car and I brought it in to get checked. The dealership told me there was nothing wrong with it and that there was nothing to do about the rattling. A few weeks later, I went to get my oil changed at a separate shop and the tech working underneath my car immediately told me it was missing a screw and was coming off. He even replicated the sound and showed me. The car didn’t even need to be lifted to see the problem. I took it to a muffler shop and the generous owner put the screw in, free of charge. Clearly, this dealership didn’t bother checking my car when I told them exactly what was wrong. I still can’t believe they could miss something as obvious as that.

I have purchased two pre-owned cars from Germain and each experience has been great. This past December, I worked with Brock who very helpful and professional. He even helped me secure rides when trying to get my car home. I would definitely recommend Brock to anyone looking to work with someone who is friendly and goes the extra mile.
