Bought my 2018 Nissan Rogue SV from Fox Ann Arbor Nissan and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! They were upfront about costs and gave me exactly what I wanted! They had the best deal around and lowered my payment by $100! They work efficiently and everyone was so helpful and well educated! Will definitely be using them next time I’m due for a new car!

Fox - Very pleased with this dealership! I had "shopped around" at a few other Nissan Lots and I have to tell you, it was not a pleasant experience (just being honest) - until I came here. The staff and the office are great and very transparent about every detail of what you are getting. The dealers were not pushy either, which was great because we could focus on the vehicle and not "Lets push the buyer to make a sale" mantra. I fell in love with a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV and I love it. Fred was very respectful and helpful and all my questions were answered orderly. Very great car at a good price. :)

Great service every time I come. Facilities are clean and employees are polite and efficient. I've had multiple cars serviced here regularly over the years and never had a complaint.

Kind workers, fresh cookies and delicious coffee! I liked that the same person worked with me through out my weeklong process, we got familiar with each other and I trusted him. There were many places to sit, and I especially enjoyed the glass wall through which I could watch the cars being worked on. The vending machine had healthy options, the hours are accommodating, very good experience!

Went into store to buy used Rogue, brings car out front to test drive, and we drive away. As we are leaving the parking lot, we have to turn back around right away because flat tire sensor is on. We tell sales guy, and he tells us he already knew about it and tire sensor is just bad. We proceed to point out the tire on the left front looks flat, and he then tells us not to worry about it because it has a nail in it but they dont think its all the way thru. All of this information would have been good to know before we attempted the test drive. It only got worse from there. The sales people are apathetic and dismissive. We left abd ended up buying brand new Jeep elsewhere. We were buying a car that day...its too bad you prejudge customers when they walk in. Perhaps thats why the lot is so packed with cars you cant evenfind a place to park. Side note...the sales guy also told us that the reason for the flat is because that car had been sitting for weeks and hadnt been moved. Makes me think this type of behavior isnt unusual for them.
