I had a great experience at Varsity Ford and working with Rich Kania. This was my first time leasing a car and Rich was very helpful in answering all my questions and making the experience efficient and positive. Rich took the time to make sure I understood the differences between leasing and buying and I felt very confident when I made the decision to lease. Rich is very knowledgeable and I felt that he really worked with me to find the best car at the best price. I appreciate Rich and his professionalism and commitment to his customers. Rich’s assistant, Brian Crumb, was also a pleasure to work with. He showed me how to operate all the great features on my new Ford Escape, which saved me a great deal of time trying to figure everything out on my own! I would highly recommend Rich Kania and look forward to working with him in the future.

I just leased a beautiful F-150 with the help of Rich Kania and his intern Amanda. The process actually started when I was in Brazil on a business trip. I did not think that I would have time to come to the dealership and do a traditional purchase. The staff at varsity was more than willing to accommodate my unusual request. Long story short, by the time I returned home from my trip, all of the paperwork and particulars were completed. All I had to do was show up sign a few papers and drive my beautiful truck off the lot. All complete in under an astonishing 30 minutes. Thank you Rich and Amanda for being so flexible with my time. Also a big thanks to the entire varsity ford staff!!!!

I've purchased / leased two vehicles from Varsity Ford and 4 from Varsity Lincoln / Mercury I am the past 7 years. Service before, during, and after the sale has been nothing short of excellent. Matt Stanford has gone out if his way to get me the exact vehicle that I wanted and made the purchase and delivery process fast and simple. As a matter of fact, I have recommended at least 3 friends go to Varsity to deal with Matt, even though we live more than a half hour away and drive by at least 5 other Ford dealerships to get there.
Update 5/18: After buying my 2018 F150 last week, we're up to 4 Varsity Ford and 7 Varsity Lincoln vehicles since 2006. Still a 5-star service. The renovated dealership looks fantastic and really makes the dealership stand out.

I am not accustomed to writing on-line reviews but I found it necessary to give a beaming review of my leasing experience with Rich Kania at Varsity Ford in Ann Arbor. This is the second vehicle our family has leased with Rich and I can honestly say that Rich has earned all of our leasing and purchasing business in the future. The things that separate Rich from other sales agents we have worked with is his knowledge of the leasing procedure, available promotions, vehicle options that worked for our family’s needs, and his attention to detail throughout. We walked into to our initial meeting with Rich with a firm budget and vehicle needs and Rich was able to identify a few choices that met all of our vehicle and financial requirements. We really appreciate the amount of time Rich took with us in gathering our needs and showing us all of the options available to us. At no time did we feel like we were being rushed or pushed into lease that was not PERFECT for us. After we decided on the 2018 Fusion, Rich had all the paperwork ready overnight and we were able to close on the vehicle the next day. Everything was so well prepared that we were able to sign all the paperwork, receive an in-depth tour of the Fusion, and were on our way home in half an hour. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Rich Kania and Varsity Ford. Give him a try for your next lease/purchase.

Great experience working with Eric! He was very good at laying out all of the options regarding my existing lease, as well as the pricing and availability of other new vehicles. I got the exact truck I wanted in less than a week, thanks to his quick responses to my questions and inquiries. I was a return customer this time around, and will continue to be going forward.
