BMW of Ann Arbor

I reached out to the dealership when I saw a vehicle I was interested in. Within the day I had a personal video addressed to me with an invitation to come test drive it. I ended up working with the salesman, Darin, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire purchase process. He has years of experience and made the process quick and easy for me while at the dealership. The sales manager, Ray, also went above and beyond for me from beginning to end. I originally did not think I would be eligible for financing because of my lack of established credit. I was guided in his direction and he ended up getting me approved and accommodated all my questions that I had along the way. Not only did he help me get approved, he gave me personal advice on boosting my credit score and seemed to genuinely care about helping me out. I was able to go into the dealership and leave with my vehicle within a matter of a couple hours with a new license plate, registration, and up to date tabs. These wonderful people fully exceeded my expectations so I highly recommend this dealership.

I like the new concept they are testing about BMW picking up vehicles from resident/work and dropping them off after service. Its convenient as well as saves them a loaner. Their quality of service is top notch. Dereck West is my service adviser. I am happy with the service even though it's bit expensive than MB/Audi, Ann Arbor. I have owned both of them in past and am familiar with their service hence I can compare but BMW Ann Arbor's quality of work is superior.

they do NOT tip there ride share partners when they know the drivers rely on tips. THANKS bmw i made less then min wage last night doing your company a favor. good luck requesting another ride with us. i rated your company accordingly .

Great buying experience with the sales department, Client advisor Alex was very helpful with giving details about the car and follow-up after factory ordering the vehicle. Sales manager Bryan was able to give us a good offer and made the buying process easy. Just an advice to buyers, make sure to do your own research about current financial offers from BMW as I had to tell the financial advisor about their own offer. Overall very happy with the purchase, will return in the future.

I think it was our salesman, Alex Upshur, who made our purchase experience great. He quickly identified what we wanted & was very knowledgeable about the product, but what made him special was how precise, even paced, & relaxed he was throughout the process. He struck the perfect balance of being attentive & available but never leaving us feel pressured or rushed in any way. We just stopped in one day, having done little research into the brand. He made us feel very welcome & walked us through everything we needed. If you're looking for an upscale product & overall buying experience without a single trace of stuffiness, we recommend you call Alex. This is what real professionalism looks like.
