Melissa is the best! Could not have asked for a better sales person to work with. Very professional and made the whole process hassle free, helping me stay under my budget and getting a brand new car. After my purchase she took time to show me all of the features of the vehicle and answered any questions I had. She even called days later to make sure I was still highly satisfied with the vehicle and if there was anything else she could help me with. Can’t wait to go back and see her for my next purchase!

Vehicle was in for oil change the tech left reddish dirt on passenger’s seat and dirty finger prints on glove box when he checked the cabin filter. I took my car home without saying anything at that time but when I had to use upholstery cleaner to remove the dirt from the seat I called the service manager to complain. He offered to clean the seat, I told him I wasn’t looking for anything I just wanted to ensure they used a little more care when servicing my vehicle in the future. Fast forward. Next oil change, same thing dirt on seat, dirty finger prints on glove box. This time I took the person who checked me in out to look at my car and explained what had happened previously. He offer to have it cleaned but I told him I would take care of it; he said he would talk to the person who serviced my vehicle. Received a call from a woman at Hines Park a couple of days later asking how my service was I explained the whole saga to her and told her if this was how they treat my vehicle in places I can see it makes me question what they do where I can’t see. She said she would have the service manager contact me. After several days, no call. Since that time I changed my cabin filter (I change my air filters.) and found that the retaining screws for my cabin filter were missing and one of the plastic clips was broken. Bottom line; I bought my vehicle at Hines Park, had previous excellent service there but the ongoing disregard for my property is a deal breaker.

Called to set up a service call. Had to leave a message on voice mail. No one called back. Returned a call back 3 days later. The person that answered was very rude and said go somewhere else. So I did. Will never go back and will never purchase a vehicle from here again.

Took my car in for a recall and oil change! Got my ford fusion from there! Jamie is my salesman! Love this guy! If your looking to lease a vehicle ask for this man!

I came in Looking for my first time leasing and Derrick was amazing!! He helped me out so much and made sure I was completely satisfied and got everything I wanted with my car. He then called me the next day after getting my car and asked me how everything was and if I liked it. He made everything so fast and easy! I highly recommend him! He's by far the best!
