Randy Wise Buick GMC

I had my 2015 Jeep Cherokee repaired at this dealership because it was one of the repair facilities that my insurance company recommended. I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. I dropped my car off on December 28, 2017 and it was returned on January 9, 2018 and it was as good as new. The Collision Center Manager Kenny was very pleasant and professional and it was very refreshing to deal with someone who spoke to “me” about the repairs to “my vehicle” and not my husband.

Nice employees! I was taken waited on as soon as I drove into the garage! My vehicle was serviced timely and my waiting period was less than 45 minutes!! Clean waiting room and everyone was friendly!!

Came into the service department to get my fender fixed after I hit a deer. Now I'm back for the fourth time because they broke the window and door lock panel and can't seem to repair it properly. *Update* The repair worked and the panel is in good working condition.

I was very pleased with the professional and service provided by Randy Wise when they repaired my car after it was damaged in a parking lot. The entire staff was prompt and courteous from Joe handling the estimate, ordering, and scheduling process to Nate walking me out to my beautifully repaired car. I will definitely use Randy Wise again in the future.

Car went in with oil leak. After new parts and cost and week in shop car came back pouring out oil in the driveway. Car now sits there as I wait till Monday for them to open. Got car back end of day Friday. Bad service. This is the third attempt at fixing problem. Incompetent technicians. Get your vechile serviced somewhere else. By the way Joe Bliss we will be purchasing our 2018 somewhere else due to this. I reopened the complaint with GM as well. We gave you a chance after all your talk and this is the worst service work ever. Also car needs to go back to body shop besides service as the driver side inside door cover is almost off after they did repair. Very dissapointed with this and expect you to make it right with no hassles fast talk or broken promises. Did your tech even test drive or check the seal and gasket? Car may have to be towed as not safe I think to drive. Oil is blown everywhere. Entire engine compartment covered in oil and oil pooled at bottom of engine. Leaking like crazy all over the ground. Contact me Monday morning. My girlfriend left you note in service box yesterday as she had to ride her bike 6 miles to work in the cold and will have to again today.
