Spectrum

We got there when the store opened so there wasn't a line other than one other person. However with only one customer service attendant one person can cause a delay when they want to argue about service and price. The Spectrum employee was nice and pleasant.

My rating is for charter service, not this office. If I was rating the office I'd give them 5 stars cause those people are awsome, however the internet service is terrible and calling customer service is awful. If I had a choice of another cable company I'd switch in a blink of an eye. I hate charter wifi and internet its expensive and slow. I called to turn off my phone and was told my bill would drop from 120 to 80 however I get a bill for 109.00? Why is internet 80 dollars anyways that's crazy!!!

The counter person was super nice and polite. She completed my transaction efficiently and quickly.

What I am seeing with these reviews is rating the Spectrum service instead of the experience we have in the office. When I visit the office I always have a pleasant encounter with their employees. But I agree that the Spectrum Internet sucks big time. On the weekends I can barely watch my shows. I can't stream sometimes and I get interruptions when watching Netflix & Hulu. I would prefer more options. Our complex has sold their souls to AT&T and they are installing fiber optics. I think they may be causing trouble for other cable companies also. I won't be switching to AT&T either. I'm trapped unfortunately until I can move.

Absolutely horrendous service. Unfortunately we don't have a choice as our apartment complex chose this provider for internet/cable/phone but I would absolutely spend money if I didn't have to use it. It's not even cheaper than the larger cable companies; they tack on absurd fees and jack up the price so you don't even get the "deals" they advertise and I can only assume no one in the company talks to each other. We have had ridiculous trouble trying to get just our internet started which no one told us a tech would have to come out to our apartment to get it done. None of the stores apparently have numbers either? So you have to DRIVE to the store if you need anything. Ridiculous. Not worth it. As soon as we move out I am switching cable providers.
