I called customer service to cancel my television service and drove to this location to drop off my equipment. Not only was Shay extremely friendly, never pushing about a new service but she was also able to give me a discount on my existing internet service. The entire Charter Spectrum Family is outstanding and Excel in customer service.

Terrible, Horrible, Useless.... I’m definitely letting they sorry ass go. People please don’t get this mess. They liars. This dummy gave me a package I didn’t asked for. I will definitely let everyone know NOT TO GET SPECTRUM... AGAIN DO NOT GET THIS!!!! U WILL BE WASTING TIME & MONEY... THEY DESERVE NO STARS...

Charter is by far the worst internet provider ever. Their customer service talks to like your stupid. Everytime the service goes down. They want to blame it on something stupid. They cant take responsibility for their own failures. They would blame your router for it. I wished comcast was in my area!

DO NOT GET CHARTER IF YOU DONT ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. This is the worst cable provider ever. My cable is constantly messing up. Sometimes the picture gets stuck for days. Right now the cable on my living room tv is out and they have me in the phone with an automated recording that’s “fixing it”. There’s always an issue. Always. Don’t do it.

Prices are ridiculous as is their customer service. I will be switching and will recommend to avoid Charter at all costs.. Changes have been made to my account without my permission by their staff, as well as promises in discounts which change regularly. Very inconsistent and unethical standards.
