Cox Solutions Store

I guess Saturday afternoons are high traffic for this store. I got in the store and the sign-in kiosk was out of order. I signed the paper roster, as instructed. The associated quickly navigated the roster. Some people's issues are more intense than others. My issue was pretty simple so the associated quickly helped me. The music in the store can be loud but it wasn't the worse experience.

I don't understand why they moved their office out where it is so far out of town. They should have found a place downtown which would be closer to their clients. I understand they would rather have people use the internet to do their business but there are times when that won't work. Of course, being cox cable I'm not surprised they don't want to help anybody.

Was helped by an employee named Tori and she was great. Amazing with customer service and very helpful. Easily one of my best experiences with a service type industry. So thank you Tori

Subpar, as usual. Glad to be moving outside their coverage area. The associate was helpful, but the system says I have a modem outstanding I paid for years ago... A fine parting shot from a company that is only marginally better than some of its competitors.

I must say the store in itself is OK. But over all Cox communications as a whole has completely disappointed me. It's like they feel they have a monopoly so they do not have to offer good customer service. And while ill agree that they do have one of the best Internet services around they still need to learn how to be more customer friendly
