Grossly dishonest and unreliable company. If, if this company is the only provider available in your area like me and you have to use them, 1. Record all phone conversations with their representatives. 2. Safeguard all paperwork you receive from them and maintain them. One agent will tell you one price then another will say something else. Then you get the bill and there are bogus or hidden charges that you weren't aware of. When you call them and confront them, they will drag on the conversation with complicated explanation and refuse to remove them, saying they don't have authority to do so. Fortunately for me, I had all the phone calls with terms and prices recorded from the very beginning. Only after I mentioned about the recorded phone calls, suddenly the representative that was on the phone changed his attitude and reversed the bogus charge and returned the monthly rate to what we initially agreed on. For example, they charged me "partial charge" for switching plan from 2 year contract to monthly on day 2 of my service. Yes you heard that correctly. They charged me for changing a plan on top of the plan itself and called it "partial charges". I paid the first month bill fully then my second month bill had (1) $10 more per month than what we agreed on (2) $50 partial charge for switching plan. When I called and inquired about this, the representative continue to wamble on some complicated, basically BS explanation on why these charges were added and I am simply wrong on my monthly payment rate. And said he doesn't have any authority to reverse my charges when I asked him to drop them from my bill. At this point, I notified him that i have all the calls recorded from the very beginning and I can prove my claim on the monthly rate and the bogus "partial charge" for changing my plan. After I revealed this info, he said he had to work on something and put me on hold. He was gone for good 15 mins then returned. Intermittently he would keep telling me just 2 more minutes but nothing there was long lull for good 15 minutes. When he came back finally, he said the "partial charge" was system generated error and drop that immediately and the monthly rate, he will honor what the previous agent has agreed. So ling story short, I think I won this only because I had solid evidence. Otherwise i think this company will Nickel and dime you in anyway they can and have no shame in it. Stay away from this company if you can.

I've been using only internet and I have no complaint. I just add cable to replace Direct TV. Much cheaper than Direct TV and better quality. I have no issue so far.

This place should be closed down by federal authorities and a class action lawsuit should follow. You will never deal with a worse company than this period. 4g lte phone service is better than anything they offer and far more reliable. Avoid this place like you would an Ebola outbreak.

I agree with the comment that this company would be out of business, if people weren't forced to use it, .... "forced" being the operative word! Although other choices exist within our city and surrounding areas, we are limited to this company and a single competitor, which happens to be just as bad. It's a monopoly of epic proportions ... the Obamacare bronze plan of of media providers. You also have to babysit this company constantly. What may be barely affordable this month may increase without warning by leaps and bounds next month. In fact, you may even end up being charged significantly more for fewer services. When you call to ask the reason for the price hike, you are given a jumbled up mantra of an explanation that defies logic. This company's CEO and the CEO of Verizon ought to get a room together!

Lynn Is the Rudest lady that I've ever dealt with I went to return my equipment she barley spoke had a nasty attitude was slinging cords around she needs to get better customer service skills lucky you got 1 star!! Terrible service! If you don't like your job quit!
