Service is the worst cable I have ever had. Tivo co instantly goes out. Internet signal is weak which sucks cause I'm a gamer. The phone is awful never gave anyone my phone number but I get 12 to 15 telemarketing calls a day. Finally got an appointment for service for 13 days from the day I called. So i cancelled and went to another company and I am so much happier.

Avoid at all costs. Constant downtime, the tech ops supervisor doesn't know what packages his company offers, and they never seem to find a even a passing solution to the constant down time with their services. I'm surprised people haven't sued them for false advertisement yet. Unless "Always Faster Internet" means they are faster at losing connectivity, I think they are more than deserving of a false advertisement suit.

One year later and I'm still getting terrible source. I can't get no other ISP nesides them. The first few months were good. Didn't get the exact speeds bit it was good. After that it went down hill ftom there. I got below average speeds and had multiple techs come out to just switch out the modem and give me the same run around. Every test they did showed I got was getting the right speeds. But speed tests will show high speeds but at time of would get 1MB or lower and I was paying for speed 200. False advertisement...smh

Rates raise monthly. Cable signal is very weak. Helplines are useless. I work in customer service but the call centers lines are scripted. If you put your phone on speaker phone you can hear other reps repeating the same lines. Tech line is useless

I had mediacom for a year now. I just signed up for another year and a different package. My package includes cable, phone and internet. First, im paying for a phone line that I dont use and they never gave me a phone number! Second, my internet has slowed down so much that I cant use it! It slows down every other day but they advertise"High speed"!! I read the reviews before I signed up with this company but took a chance! They failed!! Numerous negative reviews and complaints mean Not a Good company to do business with!!! I will not renew and possibly cancel now!! People are tired of giving away their hard earned money to a company that makes false claims and bad service!!! Id rather have over the air channels! (Its free)
