Be prepared to wait in line!!!! Just not enough CS Reps working the front desk to handle the amount of people coming in the door! It took 45 minutes for me to get to the front of the line. I had plenty of time to observe as the line dragged on. I must say that the two reps working were absolutely wonderful in their dealings with the various customers. I don't know if I would have the patience to deal with general public the way they did. AGAIN... JUST BE PREPARED TO STAND IN LINE FOR A LONG TIMEM

Appealing office but don't go on Saturdays. The wait is long. They only have one person monitoring the counter. Very customer service oriented though.

Best internet, now has 400 mg speeds. Will be 1 gig in august 2018

I had been a loyal Charter customer for over 13 years. I had bundled internet, tv, and phone. Started at $90 a month then it kept going up to a monthly bill of $198. I tried numerous times to try and get Charter to give me a loyalty break. No way. Today when I turned in my equipment I ask the young lady if she wanted to know why I switched and she said no. Glad I switched and wondered why I waited so long.

Owen the installation guy was greeeeat! $65/mo for 50Mbps internet? Why don't you just go rob a bank. Thank God AT&T stepped in to bring in some healthy competition in the area. Customer representatives all gave completely different information, the lady from sales was super rude she was like, well sucks for you that you paid for the service, but we get to cut it off anytime of the day. She also claimed that it was possible to schedule discontinued date on the same date as new service date, which again, was not what other representatives said and what the system allowed for. liar liar pants on fire. Xfinity was much better about crediting a few dollars back for services that were out, how greedy does spectrum have to be?
