They went up on my bill after the 12-month intro-plan, which was understandable. Then each month, my bill actually increased over the next three months. I mean, first by $4, then $5, now it's just $10 more for NO REASON (they said they just did this to everyone). I am not satisfied with these guys at all.

Wow charter sucks so bad 1st of all it's expensive and over price 2nd the equipment is out dated and the tv menu set up is terrible there is no wireless router to watch cable on any tv in the house or business but the customer service is ok. I told them if I could I would have Comcast the equipment is totally up dated and very functional
