SPECTRUM CABLE IS A RIPOFF....There is NO other cable company to compete with SPECTRUM, mostly all the channels are repeated, the bill is always adding on a "NEW CHARGE" or your PROMOTION RAN OUT....CABLE BILL STARTED OUT AT $160 WENT TO $180 NOW IT'S $201 WITH NOTHING NEW ADDED....SO AM I THE ONLY ONE GETTING THE SHAFT....SPECTRUM STOP TAKING FROM THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN LOYAL TO YOU ALL FOR OVER 10+ YEARS....YOU GIVE PROMOTION TO NEW PEOPLE COMING IN BUT NOTHING TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAS ENDURED ALL THE YEARS OF WEAK SERVICE.... I'VE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT OR MADE A PARTIAL PAYMENT SO I'M THE ONE WHO NEEDS A PROMOTION......THANK YOU,JOHNNIE HILL

The staff are amazing and the gentleman that helped me went above and beyond. HOWEVER......DONT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS TO NAVIGATE TO THIS LOCATION!!!! When traveling W. on 22 be sure to look on your RIGHT for charter spectrum.....GOOGLE says that they are located on the left - NOT!

I guess you have to take into consideration the whole picture. It is more than just the local store. It's main cable service, etc. But my recent experience met with very friendly local service. Quite helpful. The only problem is they're not open on Saturday.

It was extremely busy and crowded but the male employee spoke loudly and firmly of other means of payment. I didn't complain about it but there were other older adults that were complaining. Kudos to the employee for showing such restraint and professionalism.
