WOW! Cable. Phone. Internet.

I was watching a program and another program that I wanted to see was Coming on! and it totally went out to some inter your pin screen! I never had problems with Wow. Its back on now but I cannot watch TBS!

Worst service, cancelled phone and still paying the same amount? They can't explain this and won't correct billing. Channels are always cutting out or in pixel. Customer service is a joke. Will call you back in a week with an answer? First your told you can cancel at anytime without worrying about a service charge and now they are charging one, without any type of consent from us? What a racket!

Had great service with WOW! and had no trouble turning off my service. Staff was very attentive and polite.

Consistently loses service this is the third or fourth day in a row where I've lost all service this internet provider is hot garbage. Its severely disappointing to know that this type of service is the only one available on military bases. Wish I had comcast at least then the bill would be worth it.

I've only ever had one bad experience with their customer service... but 9 times out of 10, they are very helpful and happy to work with you. They may not have the infrastructure that xfinity has, but their customer service and pricing definitely makes up for that!!
