Great people great service, You receive what you pay for. With that being said, if you get the cheapest package you'll get a cheap experience, so pay your money for great connection its worth it

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I have had my internet drop out consistently since SEPTEMBER> I've called at least 3 dozen times to try to get this issue resolved and there has been nothing done. I've had to take time off work to meet with their technicians because they only do calls during the week during business hours. I've had their technical support be extremely rude to me and their service technicians chastise me as well. So not only is their internet service absolutely HORRID, their customer service is even worse. They ran me a new line (their technician said they would run me one, called me back and told me he wasn't going to, and then called and yelled at me after I called technical support) but they NEVER buried it. Its been well over a month since then so the line is just in my neighbors driveway. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Haven't even got my internet set up yet and I'm already annoyed. $55-65 a month for 25mbps internet? Where I lived in NC we had Time Warner Cable, which I thought was a ripoff but at least for $50 a month you get 100mbps speeds. Northland can just do what they want because there is no competition here! No prices listed on their website as they dont want you to know how much you are expected to overpay, and the only options on the site are to "upgrade" your service instead of seeing all the options. This is absolutely ridiculous. Way to take advantage of customers that literally have no other option than to pay your insane prices for crappy internet

I would give them 0 stars if I could. For starters, they took 3 weeks to come out and install the wifi. Then, my bill was supposed to be $30 every month. They told me no fees or anything. Then I get my first bill. It was an extra $15 for you guessed it - fees. It's still $45 a month. I have the slowest wifi possible that they provide. I think 12 Mbps? Now, for the forth time since I've gotten this wifi, here I sit with absolutely no wifi. Yes, it regularly stops working. I've only been here since September. I have an online class and I have no way to access it and no one to contact about my wifi 100% not working. No, I don't mean slow. I mean not working. Yes, I've tried refreshing the router. I'm only with this company because there are no other choices. So yeah. You can imagine how angry I am right now.
