After months of poor internet service, they finally came out to fix our wires the day I started intensive summer classes, with no notice (aside from getting home after business hours to find no internet and a bunch of dangling wires) and a week later than we’d originally been told. Why even call about scheduling an appointment? Here’s hoping the giant monopoly that is Comcast does at least a halfway better job...
