I would like to take the time out to give Caleb a 5 star review .He went above and beyond not to only install my equipment but to deliver A1 customer service.Very knowledgeable on the services they provide.Respectful and honest young man. Explained everything to me even though I had a million questions he answered them all without a problem. Thank you Caleb .Keep up the good work.Remain the good person you are !

Charging me 75$ and I'm only getting 25 down 15 up on a regular basis "documrnted over a month" with the newest router and modem. This is unacceptable. Sad part is their office in a half mile down the road from our apartment.*update- (the customer service guy was fantastic. So much so I gave it two more stars.) But the problem remains that their is no quality assurance being practiced here without bringing that fact up. It feels like regular checks of the services provided isn't being done. This leads to a visceral hatred of the company. Idk what or how it needs to be fixed but they need to do something. Congress has a higher rating right now.

As said by almost everyone it is by far the worst cable company! I understand if there a few issues some of the time, but the Internet is always going in and out. Mediacom is the only real option and it has been the same issue for the last 6 years we have tried different modems made by different companies and the common factor is Mediacom. They have stated several times that it is because they are working in the area to fix the problem but 6 years and still no reliable internet??

Horrible service and customer service has not been helpful at all. We have been having issues since we started this service. Unfortunately we do not have another choice for internet. I was once taking a final for one of my classes and the internet cut out in the middle of the exam. I almost had a breakdown because college finals weigh heavy on your grade. It's a waste of time and money to get this service and I am quite disappointed with the outcome.The only helpful associate was John over the customer support line after the 3rd time I called. He was able to connect our internet properly. We will see how long it works now....

Mediacom would have to be the worst internet provider I have ever had. I am currently paying for 1gig but am only getting 180mbs. Good thing im keeping records so I can file formal complaint, since they keep telling me people will come fix it over a month now.
