Better record yourself going into this office and be careful what you say. I walked in to return some equipment and got into a disagreement with the desk clerk about some old equipment that was in fact turned in four years ago. She must not have liked the fact she did not win the conversation because on 4.21.18 my service was turned off. I contacted the18856334226 number and was informed a call was made from the office on 108 Hadley Dr. Thomasville ga. 31792 stating I wanted my service disconnected.

If SATAN owned and operated a company, it would be Mediacom. We operate three small businesses from our home office and each morning we cross our fingers and just hope... hope!... that the internet will be working when we get up and turn on our computers. A typical day requires us to RESTART our modem 4-5 times because the service drops. Their service methods? You call and they assign someone to come within a 4-hour window. This person is supposed to call you within 15 minutes of arriving to let you know they are on the way. Sometimes they do, most times they don’t. But if they do, you better by God be READY. The phone will ring from some odd number with an area code that could be the next town over or across the country and you have about two rings to jump on it. Miss the call and the technician moves on, like Santa bypassing your home because you are on the Naughty List. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PERSON, ON THE PHONE!!! If there was another internet company available in our rural area- ANY OTHER INTERNET PROVIDER!!!!!!!- we would sign up today. But until there is, we must endure the FIRES OF HELL every single day that Mediacom has their wickedness attached to our home. May God have mercy on their souls come Judgement Day!!!!!!!

I only returned equipment but was treated professionally and politely. Nice office staff.

Save yourself the hassle and go with CNS instead. 8 months now since I had it installed and I've lost count of how many times I've had to call and have a technician out, who by the way never has the necessary equipment to fix the problem. Worst company I've ever dealt with and hope to not ever have to deal with them in the future.
