Internet frequently laggy or out. Cable frequently has channels out or glitchy. Don't go 2-3 months without making a call (and that's while ignoring frequent dips and outages, praying you don't have to call...again) Technicians often unreliable, lazy and/or dishonest. And bill just keeps going up I miss Comcast

worst costumer service ive ever seen . have been trying to get services for 3 weeks now and still noone can tell me when it will be connected

Just curious as to what others get on a speed test for downloads. I am averaging less than 1Mbps where I am in Bainbridge.

Signed up almost a month ago and still have not had internet installed after three technicians have visited. Called to find out issue and was told it could be another 1-3 weeks. I work from home, but you guys could seem to care less, just get the standard sorry sir there is nothing we can do at this time. Truly wish comcast was servicing my area. Your company needs to implement better visibility across all depts.
