I can’t believe these people still have a business with the way they talk to customers and the way they have treated my family. These people should not have a job. This is the most ignorant unprofessional people iv ever dealt with as a business. They should be ashamed of themselves. I wish there was zero stars they don’t even deserve one star. Absolutely horrible.

The phone rep was unfriendly and hostile. I would never have any dealings with Mediacom if I were you.

Staff at this office were very friendly and prompt. Field agents are friendly but not very knowledgeable. Corporate is a huge hassle to deal with.

ZERO STARS!!!! OMG these people are absolutely the WORST!!! I have been fighting with them since the day they installed my service on 6/19. The tech came (3rd party) was very nice and helpful. He took my payment since that is what Mediacom requires. A month later I start getting these harassing collection calls. I tell them that they took the payment the day of installation, they tell me they can't see it. I send the proof of payment from Bank of America. They say it will take 2-3 days to confirm. It is now 8/13 and I am getting harassing phone calls still. I spend countless hours on the phone with people who have no clue! And they want me to give them my card to get my account up to date??? Are you serious, why the hell would anyone keep giving you money if you can't even find the first payment? I tell them over and over - once you are able to confirm and apply my initial payment then I am not giving you anymore money. Take the box out of my house. They wont. It's insane. TERRIBLE! For a company this size not to be able to find a payment from a customer? And then have the nerve to keep calling, harassing, and asking for more?? Trust me the internet service is not that great anyway - definitely not worth the headache you will deal with daily!!!

Always had problems with the picture quality. I know it wasn't a problem with my tv because my Netflix was perfect! Horrible service
