You will love this company, if you enjoy waiting 2 weeks to have an install appointment (which you are charged for), only to have the technician cancel and reschedule you for an additional week out. You will also enjoy the benefits of calling customer non-service and no returned phone calls from management. Having worked for other cable companies as a troubleshooter, this company is among the worst to deal with.
UPDATE: 1 month into service...We have yet to have a full day without cable issues. Out internet speeds are 1/2 or less of what we are paying for and we are mostly unable to watch TV without constant service interruptions.  Their commercials tout their great customer service, but after daily calls to get the problems resolved, we give up and are looking into other sources for tv and internet. MEDIACOM  has the WORST customer service of any cable company we have done business with.
