Northland Communications

I have had nothing but problems with Northland, and when you go to the office in town they want to get rude with you and think they are better than you or that you have done something to mess up your service. Why in the world would anyone want to mess up there own service... Then you call customer service and they tell you one thing and the office in town say another and that the customer service people don't know what there doing. It's very frustrating.

Northland is hands down the worst internet service available. The service cuts off multiple times every single day! They don't fix the problems because there are only 2 services on town and they are one of them.

I’ve had them for over a year and there is not a single day that goes by without the internet going down multiple times. Worst internet ever!

I have the service, actually just half of the time, the other half does not work, and I am paying almost 3 times the starting price
