The internet is terrible even with the top package! I’m sick and tired of WOW

It suckkkkkksssssss. First it was great then the Internet would go down once a month. When they fixed it they charged me a 50 dollars tech visit....he didn't touch anything in the house. Work great for one month started going off every now & then to once a week to everyday now to every hour. The only good thing is cable TV you don't need equipment old school connect directly to the Television.

When my father first got wow, I thought it was gonna be supper fast internet that I can rely to play online games. Boy was I wrong I couldn't connect to the wifi and it was in the next room. My father called wow and we were not getting 15mg we were getting 8mg. overall its not very good internet honestly.
